To enhance your experience and provide better services, we recently upgraded the Bybit Web3 platform. This update includes changes to the way you access the Cloud Wallet on the web platform. Below are the key details you need to know:
Important Changes to Cloud Wallet Access:
- Removal Date for Web Access: Feb 17, 2025 (this has already taken effect)
- Affected Users: All users of Bybit Web3 on the web
What You Need to Know:
As of Feb 17, 2025, the web platform no longer supports direct login to the Bybit Web3 Cloud Wallet. To continue accessing your wallet and managing assets, please follow these steps:
1. Log in via the Bybit Wallet browser extension: You will need to log in to or create a Cloud Wallet using the Bybit Wallet extension.
2. Connect your extension wallet to the platform: Once connected, you can continue using the web platform for all operations, including swaps and staking.
Your Assets Are Secure:
Rest assured, your assets remain completely secure throughout this process. The upgrade does not affect the safety of your funds. You can still perform all activities, such as swaps and staking by connecting the Bybit Web3 extension wallet.
How to Get Started:
1. Download the Bybit Web3 extension wallet: Install here.
2. Connect your extension wallet and switch to the Cloud Wallet to access and manage your assets as usual.
