- Rewards will be distributed to users' Bybit accounts. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the loss of assets and there is no way to recover them in such a case.
- By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to any applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
- Only Bybit users with a valid UID are eligible for this event.
- Participants must trade at least $100 within 7 days after receiving the red packets to qualify.
- All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.
- Eligible reward recipients will be notified within 14 working days after the event ends.
- Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive, or any other conduct deemed unacceptable at its sole discretion.
- The giveaway is open globally, with the exception of residents of Canada (Ontario and Quebec), the Chinese mainland, Crimea, Cuba, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, the Netherlands, North Korea, the Philippines, Sevastopol, Singapore, Spain, Sudan, Syria, Thailand and the United States.
- Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.
- Bybit reserves the right to modify or substitute the giveaway, or any part of it, in the event of unavailability, delay, cancellation, or postponement. In such cases, Bybit may award a substitute giveaway of equal or greater value at its reasonable discretion.
