In light of the recent market volatility that started on Oct 10, 2025, Bybit will implement the following measures for Bybit VIPs as a token of support:
There will be no VIP tier downgrades on Bybit effective from Oct 10, 2025, 9PM UTC until Nov 18, 2025, 12AM UTC.
This means your current VIP level and associated benefits will be maintained during this period, even in events of lower trading activities or asset fluctuations. However, you may still upgrade your VIP tier as usual based on your trading performance or asset level.
Please note:
- This adjustment will be automatically applied by the system, requiring no action on your part
- If your VIP tier changes due to any exceptional circumstances between Oct 10, 2025, 9PM UTC and Nov 18, 2025, 12AM UTC, please contact our Customer Support team or your Relationship Manager for assistance
