Dear User,
The adjustment to Bybit Web3 services is now on countdown (effective 12PM UTC, May 31, 2025). To ensure smooth access to your Cloud Wallet or Non-Custodial Wallet, and avoid delays in withdrawing assets. We recommend transferring your assets at your earliest convenience.
1. Cloud Wallet and MPC Wallet Service Ending Soon
All services related to the Cloud Wallet and Private Key Wallet will officially conclude on May 31, 2025.
2. Don’t Forget to Withdraw Your Assets (Tokens & NFTs)
If you currently hold any tokens or NFTs in your Cloud Wallet or Non-Custodial Wallet, please begin the withdrawal process immediately. A step-by-step guide is available for your convenience.
For users with staked assets, including fixed-term and flexible staking products, please redeem your holdings and transfer the funds to another wallet address.
We recommend transferring assets to your Bybit Mnemonic Wallet, which offers improved asset management and consistent access moving forward.
Please note: Assets not withdrawn by the deadline may become subject to access restrictions. After the service ends, the retrieval process may require completion of KYC or additional verification, and processing times may be extended.
3. Guidance for Transferring Your Assets
- Use the “Send” function in your Bybit Web3 Wallet to transfer tokens or NFTs to your Bybit Mnemonic Wallet or another on-chain wallet (such as MetaMask). A guide is available to assist you with this process.
- Please ensure that your wallet has sufficient gas fees to complete the transaction. Gas can be topped up via deposit if required.
- After the transfer is complete, it is recommended to remove the original wallet address from any exchanges or other wallets to prevent accidental deposits to inactive addresses.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What happens if I do not withdraw my assets before the deadline?
Cloud Wallet
After May 31, 2025, 12PM (UTC), access to the Cloud Wallet will no longer be available. If assets remain in your wallet, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Bybit exchange account. Note: Completion of KYC may be required.
2. Locate and record your UID.
3. Contact Customer Support and provide your UID and wallet asset details.
4. If eligible, the support team will review your request and grant temporary access, valid for seven (7) days.
5. During this access period, please withdraw your assets.
Please Note: Processing may take one to two (1-2) business days. Users are advised to attempt logging into the Cloud Wallet during this time. Each user may request temporary access only once. Repeat requests may be declined.
Non-Custodial Wallet (MPC Wallet):
After the same date and time, access to Non-Custodial Wallets will also end. If you still have assets in this wallet, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your exchange account. KYC may be required.
2. Record your UID.
3. Contact Customer Support with your UID and wallet details.
4. If eligible, support will enable temporary access for seven days.
You may choose to either:
- Withdraw your assets during the access period, or
- Convert your Non-Custodial Wallet into a Private Key Wallet. If choosing this option, please securely back up your private key, as Bybit does not retain this information.
Processing may take one to two business days. Each user is allowed only one request for temporary access.

For fixed-term staking, please follow these steps:
1. Wait for your staking period to mature.
2. Log in to your Bybit account and save your UID.
3. Contact Customer Support to request temporary access.
4. Once access is granted, redeem your assets and transfer them to your Bybit seed phrase wallet or another on-chain wallet.
If you are using flexible staking, please transfer funds to a Bybit seed phrase wallet or another supported Web3 wallet as soon as possible.
You may also delegate future Mantle Rewards to a new wallet before May 31, 2025 to ensure future rewards are not affected.
