At Bybit, our commitment to operating in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations remains a top priority. In light of recent regulatory requirements in India, we are implementing a mandatory renewal of Identity Verification for all users.

This process is quick and straightforward, typically taking just a few minutes to complete. We strongly encourage you to proactively reverify your identity as soon as possible to avoid any interruptions to your account.

Key Dates to Note:

Effective Immediately:

All users are encouraged to complete the Identity Verification renewal at the earliest convenience.

From Nov 20, 2025, 8:00AM UTC:

Users who have not completed the Identity Verification renewal will be restricted to “Close-Only” mode. This means you will be unable to open new positions or purchase any products. This restriction is applicable across all products offered by Bybit (including but not limited to the One-Click Buy, P2P, all Spot products, all Derivative products, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Bybit Earn and Bybit Structured Products).

From Dec 19, 2025, 8:00AM UTC:

Users who have not completed the Identity Verification renewal will have their open positions liquidated. This restriction is applicable across all products offered by Bybit (including but not limited to the One-Click Buy, P2P, all Spot products, all Derivative products, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Bybit Earn and Bybit Structured Products).

Your services will be restored immediately upon successful completion of the Identity Verification renewal.

Important Note: If you have more than one account under the same identity, please note that only one account can be retained and verified. Any unverified accounts will be liquidated in accordance with the schedule outlined above.
