We're excited to announce the launch of the Market Maker Gateway, a dedicated high-performance access point that gives institutional clients faster and more stable connectivity to our trading environment. This reflects our commitment to delivering a superior trading experience and supporting a robust, liquid marketplace.
The Market Maker Gateway is built to meet the needs of professional trading firms, offering lower latency and higher throughput for order submission and market data reception. This direct link helps market makers strengthen their strategies and improve quoting performance.
What is the Market Maker Gateway and Websocket?
Market Maker (MM) endpoints provide a stable channel for handling API order requests. Their key advantage is consistency — latency remains steady without significant fluctuations.

Eligibility and application process
Access to the Market Maker Gateway is available to clients who meet the following requirements:
- Trading volume: Applicants must achieve and maintain at PRO 4 / MM3 level or higher
- Application: Eligible clients may apply by contacting their Account Manager
- Brokers are not eligible
- Processing time: Standard review period is 5 business days
Approved clients will be allocated up to 10 IP addresses or CIDRs for exclusive use with the Gateway.
Access review and maintenance
To maintain the integrity and performance of the Market Maker Gateway, we'll conduct quarterly reviews of trading volumes for all connected clients.
Clients who fall below the PRO 4 or MM3 requirement will have their access revoked. We encourage all participants to actively manage their trading levels to maintain eligibility.

If you meet the trading volume requirement of PRO 4 or MM3 level and wish to gain access, please contact your Account Manager. They will guide you through the process and provide any additional information.
