To enhance your experience and streamline future updates, the Keyless Wallet feature under Bybit Wallet (formerly Web3) will be fully discontinued starting from App version 5.6.0 and later.
After updating
Once you upgrade to version 5.6.0 or above, you’ll no longer be able to log in to your Keyless Wallet or export your private key.
For existing users
If you still have assets in your MPC Wallet, please contact our online Customer Support to get the version 5.5.0 installation package. After installing the previous version, you can log in and export your private key. Once you’ve exported it, your wallet assets will stay fully accessible and secure.
We recommend completing this process as soon as possible to avoid any disruption. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
