3. Can I cancel my order?
No, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your purchase details carefully before confirming.
4. Why am I getting an "Insufficient Balance" error?
Please ensure your funds are in the correct account. For example, if you're using your Funding Account to purchase, your funds must be transferred there before placing the order.
