To enhance your Crypto Loans experience, we are introducing new repayment methods for fixed-term loans at maturity. This update will provide more flexibility and easier management of your loans.
Upgrade schedule
- Estimated launch date: After Sep 24, 2025 (subject to actual release)
- Access path: No changes. You can continue to use the new features through the existing interface.
Feature updates
1. Repayment option label
The section previously labeled “Auto-Repay” is now called “Repayment method”.
2. Two repayment choices (only one can be selected)
- Auto-Repay (default): Upon loan maturity, the system will automatically deduct funds from your Funding Account to repay the loan to avoid late fees. Please ensure your Funding Account has sufficient balance to prevent repayment failure.
- Convert to flexible term: If the asset supports both fixed-term and flexible-term loans, you can convert your fixed-term loan to a flexible-rate loan at maturity. This option will not be available if the asset does not support flexible-term loans.
3. Default setting
The repayment option will default to Auto-Repay when the page is opened.
4. Existing orders
This upgrade will not affect existing fixed-term loan orders that have not yet matured. These orders will continue to follow their original settings.
Risk reminder
- Insufficient balance: If your Funding Account does not have enough funds, auto-repayment may fail and late fees could apply.
- Yield difference: Flexible-term loans may generate lower returns compared to fixed-term loans. Please choose the option that best fits your needs.
- System issues: In case of network or system errors, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance.
