- Rewards will be distributed to users' Bybit accounts or Web3 wallets. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the loss of assets and there will be no way to recover them in such cases.
- By entering this event, all participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and adhere to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
- Only Bybit users with a valid UID and Bybit Web3 wallet are eligible for this event.
- All participants must provide a valid email address to be eligible for the rewards and any information that Bybit may, in its reasonable discretion, deem necessary to verify the eligibility of the participant.
- Eligible reward recipients will be notified within 14 working days from the event’s end date.
- Bybit reserves the right to disqualify any participant if he/she, at any time, engaged in inappropriate, dishonest, abusive or any activities or conduct which Bybit, in its sole discretion, deems as warranting mandatory disqualification.
- The giveaway is open globally, with the exception of residents of France, Germany, Spain, Canada (Quebec & Ontario), Singapore, the United States, the Chinese mainland, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, the Netherlands, Italy, the Philippines, Thailand and Hong Kong.
- Participants must be of age to create a Bybit account in their country of residence.
- New users must register within 3 days before the livestream date and deposit at least $100 within 7 days to be eligible to claim the red packets.
- Users must trade at least $100 within 7 days of receiving the red packets to claim their rewards.
- Bybit reserves the right to modify or substitute the giveaway, or any part of it, in the event of unavailability, delay, cancellation or postponement. In such cases, Bybit may award a substitute giveaway of equal or greater value at its reasonable discretion.
