3. Once approved (within 1–2 working days), start recruiting with your squad posters!

Ways to manage your squad:

- You can set your squad to public or private mode (private mode requires a PIN to join)

- To form a squad, you must have at least 10 members, including the Squad Leader

Key participation requirements:

- No equity required to register!

- Complete Identity Verification Lv. 1

- Market Makers, Institutional users, and users of Pro 3 and above are not eligible

- Only UTA are eligible (1 UTA Main Account + up to 4 UTA Subaccounts)

General guidelines

- Squad with less than 10 members, including the squad leader, will be dismissed by Aug 27, 2025, 9:30AM UTC. Dismissed members will be automatically assign to random public squads.

- Squads will be ranked on the squad PnL% leaderboard based on the squad's score.

- Squad score calculation:

i. Squad score = (Total P&L% of top 10 squad members ÷ 10) × 100 + (number of eligible participants in squad × 0.5)

ii. Eligible participants refer to participants who accumulate a trading volume of at least $50,000 during the main competition period.

iii. Squad members listed in the top 10 with trading volume less than $50,000 will be excluded. The squad's total top 10 P&L% will still be divided by 10.

- Squad PnL% leaderboards reward share: The top 40 squads will share the Squad Showdown prize pool of up to 3,600,000 USDT:

i. The winning squad leader will receive 20% of the squad's total prize.

ii. The top 10 squad members will share 20%.

iii. All eligible members in the squad will share the remaining 60%.

* Eligible members refer to squad members who accumulate a trading volume of at least $50,000 during the event period.
